Jeff Nosanov spent ten years in around NASA at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab, Goddard Space Flight Center, and NASA Headquarters. He won three NASA Innovative Advanced Concepts grants and led several proposal efforts for science missions.
